Here at Cambridge Springs First Baptist Church, we have ministries for both individuals and families.
Prayer is the essential conversation between God and His people. Without it the power, direction, and movement of a congregation is limited. The intentions of our prayer meeting on Sunday nights 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm is to ASK; that is to Ask – Seek – Knock based on Matthew 7:7 with thanksgiving and intercession at the core.
This is a ministry dedicated to you and your health. Each month we host free blood pressure screenings during our Sunday School hour for the congregation. Do you need a ride to the doctor or an appointment to get your blood checked, but you can’t drive? No worries, just contact the office and we will provide a ride for you. We also provide meals for new mothers, people recovering from surgeries or for families that have lost a loved one.
Each month a group of people from First Baptist Church go down to SCI-Cambridge Springs, a prison located in our town. They offer a worship service for the inmates.

The Garden room is open every Saturday morning from 9:00 – 12:00. It is fully stocked with items that have been donated from people within the church and the surrounding area. We provide mostly clothes, ranging in all sizes and genres but we also provide shoes, household items, books, and kitchen supplies. Each item in the Garden room sells for 10 cents, but additional donations are welcome. At the end of the year, the profits are collected and the money is donated to needy families within the area. *If you would like to donate items to the Garden Room, you can drop off your donation at any time during regular office hours. Please note that we do not take stuffed animals, t.v.’s, or any large items because of the space needed to accommodate such items.
